Good Artists+Lack of Inspiration=Shitty Art

Man, so many people on DA have such awesome talent and they crank out the most worthless crap I have ever seen. I can't even call it art. They're just loading deviation after deviation of the same junk.

Man, people, to grow as an artist, you need to challenge yourself. Otherwise, whats the point? We, as artists, have been given the gift and the talent to take something out of our imagination and make it come to life. We take the unreal and make it real. Shouldn't that mean something?

Art needs to come from you heart. It feeds the soul. How can you take pride in maintaining status quo? God gave you an imagination, USE IT!

saturday is the best day of the week. no demands at all! perfect freedom! the whole day stretches before us with unlimited opportunity! and what better way to appreciate that opportunity than by squandering it watching cartoons all day! :excited:
